This file defines stats modifiers (Str,Dex etc.) per class/kit.
The first row (titles of columns ) is filled by the names of defined characteristics of PC (like MOD_STR = strength modifier).
The first column is filled by class/kits names.
The crossings of the certain identifiers indicate how the statistic is modified.
For instance, -2 at the crossing of MOD_STR and BEAST_FRIEND means that the corresponding kit has a penalty of 2 to strength.
Therefore at creation, a human will have a max strength of 16 instead of 18. Racial modifiers apply in addition to these.
